Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in the original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, etc.)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items showing obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Any item returned after the 3-day return window
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed
- The amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a few business days
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit after the return is processed
- If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser
Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If a refund is issued, return shipping cost may be deducted
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
